Julie Halferty is a licensed attorney and former Security Officer at FBI SecD’s Security Investigation & Integrity Section (SIIS) Clearance Adjudication Unit (CAU).  Julie leads a team of retired FBI agents including attorneys, CPAs, supervisors, instructors, Division Counsel, and former Personnel Security Specialist adjudicators who can assist based on each client’s specific needs.  All of Julie’s associates hold or have held Top Secret clearances themselves and fully understand the career implications when your clearance is in jeopardy.  Two of Julie’s associates previously successfully recommended that the FBI SPM reinstate employees’ security clearances.  They did so by identifying misleading, missing, and inaccurately documented information within the employees’ Sentinel files and applying Security Executive Agent Directive (SEAD) 4 guidelines accordingly to each employee’s whole-person concept.  These associates are able to assist you with your case, and Julie is the leader who will assemble the right team to help you with your individual requirements at every stage of the process.
